Bill Turnbull requested a rowing machine so he could continue excercising in his home - very necessary for maintaining function when living with multiple sclerosis.  Here's Bill using the rowing machine he requested from the Bloom Again Foundation.











Sandy Lahmann was awarded a handcycle. Sandy also has multiple sclerosis, and cycling is the activity she wanted to get back to. She was not able to use a bicycle so she requested assistance to be able to purchase a handcycle. Sandy writes a column for the Summit Daily News. 2008
Jacob Heilveil was awarded a new hand cycle so that he may train for the Paralympics. He donated his  old cycle so disabled athletes new to the sport of handcycling can try the sport and determine if they are interested in pursuing handcycling.  Good luck, Jacob!

Joel Yates, who was injured in an auto accident in December of 2006,  was awarded a basketball wheelchair so he can play in a men's basketball league.  who was injured in an auto accident in December of 2006.  Good luck Joel!
